Summary of August Happenings

Well, I know i haven't posted on here in awhile. I've been really busy with my Facebook page, my DGS website, Myspace, my family website and my family tree website at ancestry.com

Boy, oh boy - what would we do without the computer.

August has been a very stressful and trying month. We have been struggling financially with me not working the last few months and Tony's hours being cut back.
Luckily, his hours are back at 40 and i just started a new part-time job working for a really nice chiropractor. I work three days a week (which is what i wanted) and than i can come in and work additional hours on my own and he gave me my own key to the office.

We recently celebrated the 2nd Anniversary of Isaiah's final adoption.

Isaiah has been back and forth to the doctor alot recently. Still having alot of problems with the ears.

I've been spending alot of time working on Geneology stuff on my family trees. It's been very interesting. I've reconnected thru Facebook with alot of family.

Isaiah started a new daycare today (part-time) on the days i work. He's been out of daycare the last almost three months that i have been unemployed. I'm glad he can go back and get that interaction with other kids his age and continue to learn. He is so very smart for his age. We just have to keep working on the potty training thing. It's primarily our fault. We haven't been very consistent with him. That will change though.

On a sad note - it's been a little more than a month since Tony's mom passed away. Everybody seems to be doing ok. Tony has been spending alot of time with his father; which is a good thing. Especially since he had an estranged relationship with him before his mom died. He goes over there almost everyday after work and checks on him and spends one day on the weekend overnight to keep him company.

It's hard to believe a few more months and the end of another year will be here.
