Prayers for my grandfather

Please keep my grandfather in your prayers. I'm very worried about him! He has been having alot of heart issues lately - and is currently taking about 7-8 prescriptions to keep his levels where they need to be. He recently had a Coumadin test - and his levels were way out of range. He also fell and hurt himself recently - and his knee won't stop bleeding - due to the blood thinner. The doctor gave him a prescription of Vitamin K to take. (Adding yet another RX to his daily routine)
