*Adoption Update*

Well, we got some good news from our attorney yesterday - part 2 of the adoption is completed. The birthfather on the birth certificate and any unknown fathers have been terminated by the courts. As it stands - we are the sole legal guardians of Isaiah.

We have one more post placement meeting; which is scheduled next week and than all of our papers and file will be turned into the courts and they will set up a final adoption hearing (which is the final step)

My husband and I discussed the possibilities of changing his name or adding to it - and we agree to keep his name the way it is. The only name that will be different is his last name.
